KAHEWAI Keshi Pearl Drop Earrings | Freshwater & Tahitian Pearl | 14K Gold-Filled

from $30.00

As unique and individual as the woman who wears them. These artisan pearl earrings celebrate that idea—a reminder that individuality doesn't have to be corrected or perfected. Sometimes the most interesting beauty appears when we allow each element, and ourselves, to have a character all its own, like the wonderfully freeform beauty of Keshi pearls—each with its own shape, surface, color, and luminous character.

An organic cascade of genuine Keshi and cultured freshwater pearls creates movement and texture, finished with either a luminous cultured freshwater or Tahitian pearl drop. Some designs combine soft silvery neutrals; others reveal peacock greens, deep aubergine, and flashes of iridescent color.

No two pairs are exactly alike. The materials may change from one pair to another, but the intention remains the same: to let the pearls be what nature made them. Perhaps that's why I find them so compelling. Nature repeats patterns, but rarely makes exact copies. There is harmony without sameness.

Hand-linked in 14K gold-filled wire, their elongated silhouette feels modern and expressive while retaining the timeless elegance of pearls.

  • Genuine Keshi and cultured freshwater pearls

  • Select designs feature a pearl drop focal

  • Naturally varied shapes, colors, textures, and luster

  • Hand-linked for graceful movement

  • 14K gold-filled ear wires and findings

  • Each composition is naturally unique

Genuine Keshi and cultured freshwater pearls | Tahitian pearl on select designs | 14K gold-filled wire, findings, and ear wires | Approx. 2" long | Pearl combinations, shapes, and colors vary by pair

How to Style:  Wear them when a classic pearl feels just a little too expected. Their organic shapes pair beautifully with linen and relaxed neutrals, while their luster and movement make them equally at home with an elegant dress or evening look.

NOTE - Each pearl is naturally individual. Variations in shape, color, surface, and luster are not imperfections, but part of the organic character that makes every pair unique.

Keshi pearls are found in saltwater and freshwater environments and are an excellent addition to any jewelry collection. Keshi pearls are unusual because they are made entirely of nacre, giving them a unique luster and shimmer not found in other pearls. Today, they are much rarer and more valuable. No two pearls are alike. Size, shape, and color will vary. Markings or stria (lines or ridges) are a natural occurrence and add character to each pearl. We match pairs as best as possible.
